“There are many things in your heart you can never tell to another person. They are you, your private joys and sorrows, and you can never tell them. You cheapen yourself, the inside of yourself, when you tell them.” -- Greta Garbo

It's Monday But The Week Is Over Already

106. <3 Just a little bit more and I'll have a bmi under 20!

Not much to say, so here's some Karlie Kloss. So young and pretty!

So damned pretty. She takes makeup well.

P.S.: I was watching Iron Chef America. And. I totes have a crush on Bobby Flay. <3 He's married to that woman who was Alex (?) on Law & Order. But it's cool. I liked her better than the next chick... Casey?

In other inspiration...

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." ~ Maryanne Williamson

Replace "God" with appropriate substitution if you're not down with that, yo. <3

LMFAO "if you're not down with that, yo."
That just reminded me of how me and my friends end a touching diatribe. That or, "Replace 'God' with your mom, and all the rest with 'is so fat', and go from there."

XDDDD

That quote is freaking awesome though, and I'm adding it to my notebook. I have so many of them now.

One of my favorites, that I want to get tattooed on myself when I'm at my goal weight and graduate with my bachelors, is:
"She believed she could,
and so she did."

It's so simple, and yet it encompasses such a feeling of power, at least to me, you know?

And that model that you posted looks like she could be an actress. Some of her poses are so EFFORTLESS.

GREAT JOB with the loss! I...can't stand looking at my BMI, but I'm forcing myself to, so I know what my next "BMI landmarks" are. Apparently, my true ideal weight according to the calculators on that site is 103. And I arrived at that number on my own :3

Now I have a reason to do it when people say "Isn't that a little thin?" I can be like "According to all the charts for my size and bone structure, it's the ideal weight!"

And yeah XD
